We had to book flights on short notice, and our return to MKE was very late, around midnight. Jason came in a business suit and his SUV to save the day. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. The SUV was immaculate, and Jason drove carefully for his very tired passengers. I highly recommend this service and especially Jason as the driver.

We had a great experience. As usual Luciano picked us up right on time. He is so kind, puts all of our bags in the car and drives so safely. 10/10 experience and service every time. The best!

took the suburban to Milwaukee for the first of only 2 Garth Brooks concerts in North America. Had a very smooth trip with JASON we were able to talk to him and keep up a conversation. the pickup spot was worked out as the same spot as the drop-off spot. he was a very nice guy to talk to .i would highly recommend your services to everyone and I would tell them to ask for JASON.

I was really excited to work with this company to book a LIMO, and when I called, they said they do not offer limo services, just SUV services. Just a heads up to future customers, go somewhere else if you are looking for a limo to rent. Also, this is the same company as Kenosha Limousine, and they do not off limousines either......

I have to give five stars to this company, Contact Limo and it’s staff Alina and Lucian for the great customer service they have provided me. To justify my 5 star review they deserve, here is a background… Booked a round trip ride from Paddock Lake to Midway airport with Alina, very helpful and very professional, very good communication by text and phone for reminders and ride confirmation. Lucian picked me up 10 minutes ahead of agreed pick up time, which I absolutely appreciated, knowing how Chicago AM commute could be horrendous.Great chat, getting to know each other with Lucian, provided me with instructions on how to contact him once I’m back and assuring me that they will monitor the status of my return flight also. My return connecting flight in Toronto was delayed several times, and eventually cancelled, which I notified Alina right away, she then informs me Lucian is already at the Midway airport because the flight status never was updated from delayed to cancelled! Thinking that I then would be charged for the attempted pick up, and another charge for my rebooked flight, which is in 3 days, Alina proceeds to tell me not to worry about it for now, take care of what I need to do while I’m stranded in Toronto and to contact her when I’m boarding my flight and they will be their to pick me up for the ride home.Sure enough,Lucian was there in a couple minutes after I’ve informed him which gate I exited, took my bag, tells me to get inside the car and relax, because he says he understood I had a few rough days.And, he then tells me that Contact limo is not charging me for the failed pick up because it wasn’t my fault that they were not aware of the cancellation despite monitoring my flight, and only when I’ve notified them of the cancellation! I definitely will book with them again.

I used the limo company "Contact Limo LLC" in December for a ride to the Romanian Consulate Christmas party from Kenosha to Chicago downtown. The service was impeccable. The driver was on time, the car was super clean, with nippiness and water available for use. I felt safe and spoiled in the same time. Lucian, the driver, is funny and reliable and we had a nice conversation on my way to the party. I recommend the services with all my heart.

I felt it important to leave this review. I originally scheduled my trip with the company but it was cancelled suddenly the day after I booked. They were gracious enough and very prompt in refunding me for the prepaid trips and I am very grateful for that. Many other companies would give a difficult time with this, so I will absolutely be coming back to this company when I need my transportation needs again. Great integrity and very honest.

Contact Limo LLC is fabulous! They showed up for Lake Haven Memory Care today. We had an outing planned for our residents and unfortunately no driver for our bus. I booked with Contact Limo for transportation to and from Chicago O'Hare Airport with my husband. My first contact was with Alina who answered the phone and provided me a quote along with details of their service. She was very professional and curtesy. Alina provided a prompt and accurate follow-up email to confirm my booking. She also provided the name and phone number of my driver which was Luciano. He was prompt for pickup and professional. No issues enroute to the airport. However, our flight back was delayed by 3 hours and therefore we missed our connecting flight back to Chicago O'Hare and had to fly into Chicago Midway at a much later time than expected. My husband and I were spent from the long travel and now needed transportation from Midway. I sent an email to Alina explaining the situation and our new arrival time at Midway was now after 10pm and asked if their service could still accommodate us. Alina stated "Yes" with a slightly higher quote and an added discount than O'Hare due to distance. She assured me Luciano would be there on time. Upon our late arrival to Midway, Alina texted me he was outside the airport and informed us where to meet him. Once again, Luciano was punctual and professional. He got us home without incident and with a smile. Life-long friends in town for music festival. Same driver all weekend. He was very prompt, attentive, and generous with his time. We had him for three nights, one of which was 12pm-1:30am gallivanting all over lake Geneva area. We were a lot to handle yet lucciano couldn’t have nicer. He came early every day in a brand new spotless Chevy suburban, let us play our loud music, catered to our every need, and got us to where we needed to go on time. Can’t say enough good things. We booked a ride to and from O’Hare from our home in Wauwatosa for a trip to Europe. Our driver, Luciano, gave us top notch service. He arrived early to pick us up and was extremely professional…he got us there quickly and safely. When we returned a few weeks later, he had told us the door for the pick up at the time he dropped us off, we texted him and he was there in minutes. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute and the return pick up driver had to wait longer while our plane sat on the runway. We have used Kenosha Limo four times now to take us from Beach Park to ORD and back, and would highly recommend them. Beautiful, clean cars. Always arrive early, and very good communication. But what we enjoyed the most was our driver. He was AMAZING. Very attentive, polite and a joy to ride with. Won’t use any other service.
