Update: they offered a partial refund after we contacted the BBB and posted this. It's sad that was the only way to get them to give him some of his money back.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! My dad sent them 2 recordings of his property. They "reviewed" them and assured him they could clean them up. They charged him $650 to return the same thing he sent in. Nothing was improved. He asked for a refund and they refused. BBB REPORTED. Idk how these people can live with themselves. Taking money from those who don't have it to begin with.

Not only was the response time 1000x faster then anyone I've ever worked with audio cleanup clarity Arena but the effort, energy and results of their work are mind blowing. After going through dozens of AI transcription companies, so-called state of the art apps as well as some human one on one entities… Stop looking anywhere else you have found the gold mine with Media Medic. I will never suggest promote or work with anyone else when it comes to cleaning my audio!!!

Had several important cell phone audio recordings the guys from Media Medic enhanced for me (background noise reduction and volume enhancement of conversations). They did each time a great job, and they did all that for a reasonable fee. I will hire them again if I will need any audio recordings quality enhanced.

Media Medic's work cleaning up the audio from a wedding was spectacular. I was astonished by the audio quality after MM canceled noise from jet and prop plane overflights, all while preserving the laughter of children in the background. I recommend them highly. When you send them a file, specify which noises you need canceled and when those noises occur.

I'm an island lady from the West Indies and did one of my very first at home recording. The equipment I have is very limited and since I'm now learning to record on my own the audio didn't come out the way I wanted it to. Found these guys online and before even sending a price quote they ask for your video first in order to assess what needs to be done. Being from a small island the price was high but they managed to understand my plight with the exchange rate and offered a very fair price and man was it worth every penny. Can't even tell there was any distortion in the video at all....received it within the 7 business days as they stated and they surely exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to using them again in the near future.

The woman, (I’m so sorry.. I forgot her name) that first answered my call was the absolute best and very patient and understanding with my story and what I was hoping for with using their services. She assured me their team would do their absolute best and I just so much appreciated her kindness. The entire team was great and easy to work with and appreciated the fast responses to my questions as well. They were upfront from the beginning and the final results were more than what I was expecting . Thank you, all!

I had a recording of an interview with my Grandfather from 1983 that was recorded on a regular cassette tape. The quality was very poor, including a lot of tape hum, and it was extremely difficult to hear him. Media Medic was able to completely take out the tape hum and bring up his voice so that he can clearly be heard. They did an amazing job, the price was very good, and they delivered earlier than promised. I highly recommend them.

I was skeptical because there are so many scammers out there, but Media Medic is legit! Excellent communication, realistic about what they could/couldn't do to my track, quick turnaround, excellent results. Worth the money to save the headache of trying to do it on my own!

Do not use their services, they say they can do more than they can. I had a video of a traffic accident in which the signal light was not clearly visible, we needed to prove a car ran the red light. I submitted the video and asked if the pixelation can be fixed to someone on a jury can clearly see the red light. Media Medic said they can make it so it can be clearly seen. What I got back was a blown up section of the video that didn't show the car, just the signal light that was even more pixelated as it was zoomed in and NO ONE could see the light color due to shadows. They added some pointer arrows that said the light changed but no one could tell, and the car in question was removed to reference anyways. I asked for a refund because they said they can make it so people can see the light change, what others took the video as I just added some pointers to a video and claimed something happened that no one could see.

I was extremely disappointed in the results I received because I had high hopes of being able to hear a recording. I felt that the technician didn’t fully evaluate the tape and explain that the enhancement would be minimal to none or I would not have purchased the package. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the owner of the company, did reach out and apologize for any miscommunication. He fully refunded my money and did so very quickly. I have to say I was impressed with his prompt service recovery efforts and the fact that he shows value in his company and business ethics. The fact that the company acknowledged my disappointment and resolved it quickly says a lot about Medic Media. Thank you.

I can't begin to express my full satisfaction for the work the technicians at Media Medic did to clean up and restore my daughter's audition CDs she made back in 2004 for her admission applications to music school. The technicians were able to remove the clicks and various other background interference that distorted the sound (that werent' there on the original recording!) and restored each piece to sound as clear as if they were recorded today! The restored CD was a surprise gift to my daughter for her birthday (she's now a professional musician) that she loves and treasures! Thanks, Media Medic, for making possible what other recording restorers said would be impossible !

I ordered Media Medic’s audio authentication report services. The report came in PDF form, was professionally written, and definitely did its job for me—except for one tiny missing detail I was hoping they’d add. What did Media Medic do when I reached out to them about this late on a Friday evening? They worked overtime for no extra cost to update the report and address the missing details. HIGHLY recommend this company. Fantastic service.

I had an old cassette recording of my late grandparents and parents from the 1960s. It was very old school and noisy, and my husband cleaned it up a good bit, but it was still hard to hear. Media Medic enhanced the quality greatly and even went the extra mile to pull the softer voice of my Grandmother up into a listenable range. There isn't another audio recording of my grandparents so this is precious beyond words. Thanks to the team at Media Medic my brother, uncles and cousins can finally hear these voices again.

Mediamedic was very helpful in cleaning up my audio. I am a court reporter, and my transcripts must be verbatim and accurate. I could not understand what the witness was saying in my audio because the recording came out bad. Mediamedic cleaned up my audio so I could understand better what was being said. If I could leave zero stars I would. We sent them an audio clip of my dad playing guitar and singing. It was a rough recording. They said they could improve it. I paid them 300 dollars. They sent back an audio recording identical to the original. Completely useless. All they had to do was say that the recording wasn’t viable. Say that they couldn’t clean it up. That’s all they had to do. But instead they chose to steal my money, which is what that is. Stealing. It’s taking money for a service you are incapable of performing. When we asked for a refund they refused. They are a bad company and even worse human beings. Don’t waste your time or money.

“One man band”. All that you need under one name, MediaMedic.My case wasn’t so called “easy”. Yet they were able to find certain items that wouldn’t be visible to the naked eye.They delivered the report in a timely manner, included their findings in details, and above it all, provided me with constant communication and updates.I wish I could mark another star, 5 stars doesn’t seem to do them justice. Look no further, call them NOW.

Media Medic did exactly what I asked. I had noisy piano pedals in my music video that were quite pronounced, they greatly reduced them…I’m a happy Customer!
